He has over 15 years of experience as a senior academic in the higher education sector, with over 10 years of experience as a senior public servant in a range of Australian government agencies, with expertise in agriculture, education, fisheries and trade policy. Marshall is a fluent speaker of Indonesian.

She is the author of five scholarly books and over 50 publications with leading international publishers including Cambridge and Oxford university presses. She has also been a chief investigator on several prestigious Australian Research Council grants and numerous government consultancy projects.

Russell has completed a PhD on contemporary maritime piracy, combining his interests in merchant shipping, social science, and criminology. Russell has undertaken various research and teaching roles in the higher education sector and was book review editor for the Journal of Sociology before taking on a role as the journal’s managing editor. Russell has extensive experience in research management at a range of Australian universities, providing academic research and administrative support.

Anne has extensive experience in business and government as a consultant, specialising in sustainability, energy, and business strategy. With an MBA from Germany and experience in professional translation, Anne is a fluent German speaker. Anne combines business acumen with high-level communication skills. She is highly experienced in tender preparation, strategic reports, and consultancy documents.
Tristan
Copywriter
Tristan holds a Bachelor of Communication (Marketing and Public Relations) from Queensland University of Technology and has a background in community-focused communications, digital content and user engagement. He has worked in the higher education sector and not-for-profit organisations developing communication plans and media content. Tristan has hands-on experience in digital marketing and copywriting, as well as administrative experience in the disability, health and fitness sectors.
